The micro perforated muffler equipment or device that produces air pollutants during the production process shall be equipped with local or overall gas collection system and purification treatment facilities. The storage design of volatile liquid raw materials, finished products, intermediate products, liquid fuels, etc., shall adopt soft sealing measures such as condensation, absorption, adsorption, spraying and nitrogen sealing according to local conditions. The waste gas pollution control meets the national and industrial standards. Benzene, toluene, xylene and other hazardous chemicals should be installed in the floating roof storage tank for organic waste gas recovery or treatment facilities. The loading, unloading and sub loading of volatile organic liquids should adopt the method of upper immersion or lower loading. The loading facilities should have a closed collection system for treatment, and the volatile organic liquids should have a steam balance system. In the treatment of gasoline, naphtha, kerosene and other high volatile organic liquids, as well as benzene, toluene, xylene and other dangerous chemicals, high-efficiency recovery measures, namely condensation, adsorption and absorption, should be taken first. In the process of collection, storage, treatment and disposal of waste water, waste liquid and waste residue, effective sealing measures and waste gas collection measures shall be taken for the main links of VOC emission and odor generation, and the waste gas generated shall enter the waste gas recovery or treatment facilities. For materials containing breathing gas and odor gas, the sampling port of impedance composite muffler should be sealed. According to the nature of the waste gas, purification measures such as dust removal, condensation, absorption, adsorption and incineration should be taken to meet the emission standard and meet the requirements of EIA and approval. The following combustible process exhaust gas should be discharged into the flare system: gas temporarily discharged for stable production and operation; gas discharged in accident; gas discharged on safety valve; gas discharged during driving, parking and maintenance; gas continuously discharged by operating equipment in a short period of time; gas with low calorific value and difficult to recover from engine muffler. Incineration, catalytic oxidation, absorption adsorption or biological oxidation should be used to treat odor (odor) gas. In the production process of synthetic ammonia, coking and coal gasification, facilities for desulfurization or sulfur recovery should be set up. Industrial furnaces, such as process heating furnace and cracking furnace, should use clean fuel and use low nitrogen combustion technology to control NOx emission; coal fired boilers should be installed with advanced and efficient desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal facilities.
